The first video I ever saw of you was in Ankara, where I spent four years of my childhood. I was impressed that you presented an honest and real perspective of the city. I see that you're visiting Shanghai; my home for the past 10 years. You're doing a very good job of showing the various parts of Shanghai, that maybe a local would also appreciate. You don't just show touristy areas, with gimmicks and tacky buildings that locals don't visit.
Jian Bing is good, but the noodles, well, I do not think it is good. You should try more the Chinese dishes, not just noodles or fried rice. Only the lower working classes in China would just eat noodles or fried rice, that kind of thing, without dishes. You d better try some better restaurants in China.
