downhill is for lazy people
The only way to afford whistler and ride all week is with a camper van and park in the parking lot $10/day and use the saved hotel money for the bike pass, food and liquor.
Whistler could cost 50% more and it would still be totally worth it, its that good….
A few grand for a week? Thats pretty good
I bet the insurance part is something people forget. The cost of going to the hospital and paying out of pocket is a huge risk.
A few thousand dollars!
It’s open now in may and it’s perfect
Is that Adam Ben Ezra I hear at 1:54? Nice taste
Hospital, Creditcards? whaaaat? No free healthcare in Canada?
I live there
Chat should I send it on my 2010 specialized sx trail II that I got on Facebook marketplace
Great video 👍🏽
Parking no longer free in off season folks.
Park passes seem reasonable to me?
When I went i felt like the food prices were cheaper than usual and then I remembered i live in california.
Which of the beginner lines would you say are the most fun out of just the beginner lines
Any suggestions on travel insurance that covers biking?
What I always wondered about renting bikes is what happens if you destroy the frame or blow a shock, is there some sort of pre sale insurance or you just are billed for whatever damage?
@Eric, Do you like this Leatt helmet? Is it Gravity 6 carbon?
People from like Poland and other European countries need to save a lot of money to go to Canada. Not even speaking about whistler because it’s impossible
I need to get saving 😂
Sounds like a pain in the ass. I'll stick with Trestle or Keystone bike parks in Colorado.
I was there for 2 days a couple weeks ago and spent $1k 🥲
"Decent downhill bike" THATS A V10
Thanks for the info.
Can I bring a stoic
Went to Whistler a couple weeks ago from the states. What I learned the hard way, is that even though I arrived there a day after crankworx the bottom lift was closed, so the gondola line was SSOO long. Took 2 hours (on a Wednesday), to get up.
Do airlines allow you to take bike lube on the plane?
September 2023 it is then. Cheers from Alberta!
I live in Washington so the drive up and camp are pretty cheap. I spend most the trip outside the park but a couple of lift tickets aren’t to bad
A few thousand for a week? That doesnt aound that bad.
Go to Disney World, then get back to me 🤣🤣
thank god i live in west van lol
